Keitt assists clients to identify and achieve their goals through the use of empathy and knowledge gained through professional and personal life experiences. She believes in strength based and client centered approaches while also incorporating techniques from her experience with EMDR and mindfulness.
After graduating from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Keitt worked as a case manager for an Intensive Outpatient Program helping inmates and clients learn transitional living and mental health stability skills. She also worked for The Hands Together Heart to Art Camp as a healing counselor to children who have lost a parent. After moving back to the St. Louis area, Keitt worked at Crider Health Center before joining CenterPointe Hospital as an adolescent therapist in the Intensive Outpatient Program.
Keitt specializes in working with adolescents with mood disorders, suicidal and self-harm thoughts, and trauma history.
